4 ways to find yourself again

It's not uncommon to feel like life is overwhelming at times, and it can be easy to lose sight of who you are amidst the chaos 🤯 Fortunately, there are many ways we can reconnect with ourselves and rediscover our sense of purpose  Here are four simple yet effective methods I get my clients to use to help you do just that!

 Connect with nature! Nature can really help you reset and recharge. If you're feeling lost, go sit whether it be for 1, 3, 5 or 7 days, go into the openness of nature, no traffic no busyNESS and just be. This will help uplift your spirits, breakaway and reset yourself to help the inner journey.

 (Re)Discover your values. Your personal values are your inner compass and will help lead you to a life of fulfilment. Your values can change, so check in as your seasons unfold and really ask yourself the question - Are these my values or someone else's? As we all too often can take on loved ones values which leaves us feeling depleted.

 Live by your values. Do a life assessment - Are you in alignment or out of alignment with your values? Prioritise your values to start making decisions based on your priority order.

🔍 Find something to work towards (Are your goals in alignment with your values?). This will give you a sense of purpose and direction while working towards a life you desire. You are the creator of your reality - what do you want to create?
