After leaving the women's circle on the weekend, I felt so much love, so much connection💖 The messages I received of how just coming together and taking the time out with women who show up for themselves, keep rolling through, even this morning, and it fills my cup; actually it makes it overflow. To know that I can hold spaces that sends so many beautiful, loving, positive ripples out into the world🙏🏼🌿

A women's circle is more then just coming together. It is honouring yourself, it is self love, it is a necessity in life to feel supported, seen, heard and appreciated. Time to nourish your soul and fill your own cup up, and to be present and your best self in the other areas of your life🌈 It is only 1.5hours of your whole week.
