Shadow work and thought-provoking journal prompts

Have you ever felt like there's something holding you back, but you can't quite put your finger on it? Maybe there's a deep-seated fear or insecurity that's been lurking in your subconscious🌒
Whatever it may be, shadow work is a powerful tool to help you uncover and heal these hidden aspects of yourself 🌿
Here is a simple shadow work activity you can journal:
âś˝ Think of the person or thing that is currently annoying you in some way shape or form. Write down 5-10 things about them (personal traits) which you dislike (on the left side).
âś˝ Now on the right side, write down what the opposite traits are.
âś˝ Notice, are the opposite more positive and more like you? You have just met your shadow (the traits you dislike, make hidden to your conscious mind).
